No sale of information

Fairlight Advisory will not sell customer information to any third party.

Lead data from paid social advertising

When someone submits an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive their name, email address, phone number, and answers to screening questions. This information is passed to us by Meta Platforms. We use these details only to contact the person about their enquiry and to assess whether our service suits their situation. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

Sensitive information

Where a person engages us, we may handle sensitive information about their financial circumstances and the scam they experienced. We handle this information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

How long we keep your information

We retain enquiry data for 12 months if the person does not proceed, and for 7 years if they engage us. After this time, the information is deleted or de-identified.

Access and correction

A person may request access to or correction of their information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing our contact address listed on the Contact page.
